To become a Good Motive member requires an initial $200 sign-up fee.
The fee can be paid online through Paypal. Once payment has been received the individual becomes a Good Motive member.
Members can request a refund of their membership fee at any time within 24 months of the date the member signed up.
Refund requests must be made in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org or via our contact page. Please include a reason for leaving, e.g. moving interstate, inability to source the funds for a vehicle purchase, etc.
The membership fee will be returned within 10 working days.
A transaction fee of 3.4% ($6.80) will be charged to cover the administration costs of handling the refund via Paypal, if the refund is made after 180 days. This transaction fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. In the first 180 days, the full $200 will be refunded.
If a Good Motive member signs a contract to purchase a vehicle through a participating dealership and receives the price reduction available exclusively to members, their fee will not be returned and is no longer refundable.
